I have over 25 years leading teams in the public, non-profit and private industry.  As an ICF Certified executive leadership coach, I use a blend of Gestalt, Group Relations Theory, Clean Coaching and Mindfulness Practices, to help clients develop a rich understanding of their strengths and highly developed behaviors. With humor and compassion, I help clients look at growth areas and underdeveloped competencies. From this shared understanding, we co-create a plan for the future.

I am adept at helping overly busy, sometimes distracted leaders slow down, take stock, develop situational awareness, and pay attention to their inner wisdom. I have been particularly good at recognizing and developing young talent and I built internship and fellowship programs in numerous businesses and organizations.  I am interested in and sensitive to diverse cultures.

I am fascinated by group dynamics, interested in what hovers underneath the group system and how that affects an individual’s ability to be an effective leader. As with any good coach, I have spent significant time looking at the roles that I tend to take or be given in groups.  I have participated in numerous residential conferences in the Tavistock tradition, both in the U.S and in Europe, where she gained significant experience participating in and observing group behavior.

I became an International Certified Coach (ICF) in 2019, I completed an Executive Coaching program at the Teleos Leadership Institute in 2017, which is recognized by the International Coaching Federation.  I am certified in Emotional Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), a multi-rater tool designed to assess emotional and social intelligence competencies developed by Dr. Richard Boyatzis and Dr. Daniel Goleman.  I received a certificate from the International Gestalt Organizational Development Leadership Program in 2018. During Covid, I received two other certifications: Clean Coaching & Team Coaching with Peter Hawkins at the Global Team Coaching Institute.

I adore working with teams. I bring a sense of lightness to the teams I work with as I facilitate workshops on trust building, visioning, mindfulness and understanding group dynamics. I feel strongly that all teams benefit from diversity and help teams and individuals slow down to understand their unconscious bias.

Before entering the field of leadership coaching, I used my skills in public relations, marketing, corporate training, and arts administration.  With an excellent background in public relations, I have helped countless businesses, non-profits, universities and individuals craft and tell their unique stories to their target audiences.

As an example, I helped clients such as the New England Culinary Institute get on The TODAY Show four times and Concept2, the rowing company, get publicity in magazines such as Forbes, Men’s Health and Boston Magazine

When I am not coaching, you may find me on my yoga mat, on the tennis court, meditating, cooking or dancing with my teenage sons and husband.  I am deeply committed to social justice and spend much of my free time volunteering in the local schools.
