How will I know if my investment in coaching is paying off?

Making changes can take time.  Awareness is the first step.  These are the types of changes you could start noticing over time:

  • a curiosity of how you show up in the workplace
  • an openness to hear feedback from those around you
  • an interest in how your behavior affects others
  • an increased ability to read signals in your body
  • an interest in developing both strategic and intimate (interpersonal) skills
  • an ability to recognize certain patterns of behavior
  • an ability to begin to make new choices when needed
  • an increased ability to understand different levels of systems
  • an ability to tolerate ambiguity and anxiety
  • the ability to make decisions in less time with less pain
  • understanding the importance of adopting an optimistic stance
  • a deeper understanding of covert processes that occur in groups
